PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS THERE WILL BE A FEE.
Returns: Is it possible to return my order? Yes it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order still contains all correct parts, components and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
Normal use of the product is visible, damage resulting from careless use is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process starts.
The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
We are entitled to charge the customer shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 14 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period. *We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process. -Send an email to: info@zeva-auckland.com. Make sure the email contains the following information: Order number, Reason for the return request, Photo of the product in case of breakage, Customer's first name + last name, Customer's address. We will then contact you and give you the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who carries out a legal transaction with purposes that mainly relate to his professional or self-employed business activity:

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has received or taken possession of the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled immediately when placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Malia Copenhagen with a clear statement (e.g. via e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Registration for Shipments in Transit: As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel. Please wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us. You can of course inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery , offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
